We carry over 700 different types of alcohol in our now 5x bigger and better shop, including beer, wine, and spirits from around the globe. Each product is carefully hand selected based on quality, price, vintage and uniqueness.
Come in and talk to our knowledgeable and friendly staff about beer and wine pairings for dinner parties or casual gatherings. We are open seven days a week, including Sundays and Holidays.
Cold Beer & Wine
Wines
We are carrying wine from all of the major wine countries: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, South Africa, Argentina, Chile, New Zealand, Australia, United States, and Canada. We have many BC VQA wines and are starting to get some rare/hard to find BC non-VQA wines. (La Vieux Pin, La Stella, Joie, Kettle Valley, Laughing Stock and Burrowing Owl.) We do currently carry some wines from Vancouver Island but not enough to have thier own section... YET. Organic wine will also have its own section too!
We have an 88pts+ Wine Room and an 18 ft long temperature controlled wine room, and enomatic wine tasting machine that are very user friendly.
Beer & Cider
Our Beer Selection is EXTENSIVE! We have all of the major national brands as well as a large selection of import beers. We have expanded our selection of single beers from around the world. As for local beer we carry Driftwood, Phillips, Vancouver Island Brewery, Granville Island, Gulf Islands Brewery, Old Yale, Russel Brewing, Mt.Begbie, Lighthouse, Spinnakkers, Swan's and Fat Cat (Nanaimo).
Whiskey
We have whiskys from all corners of the globe in our "Whiskys of the World" section. Canadian Whisky, Irish Whiskey, Scotch Whisky, American Bourbon, and even Whisky's from Japan and India. Our Single Malt Scotch selection will forever be growing as we track down and bring in obscure and hard to find whisky's from around the world. Right now we have over 50 different single malt scotches and that number is soon to be 100 in the coming weeks.
Spirits
We have em' all. Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Brandy and Liqueurs. Some high end products are:

RED
- La Chambiza Polo Amateur Bonadra This wine is light to medium bodied, very pungent in aromas of earth, leather, mushroom and stewed cherries. $15.19
- Pacific Breeze Killer Cab This BIG, BOLD, POWERFUL wine exhibits aromas of jammy blackberry, ripe cherry, vanilla and spice that explode out of the glass. The spice notes are enhanced by 20 months of oak aging in select French and American oak barrels which adds complexity and depth. Chocolate, cassis and blackberry fruit flavours on the palate are supported by soft lingering tannin finish.$28.99
- Ex Nihilo Night The 2007 Night is a blend of 50% merlo, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc. Whe wine is showing wonderful rich fruit aromas of raspberry, cherry and black currant highlighted by white pepper. This elegant Bordeaux style wine is perfectly balanced with soft velvety chocolate tannins and a finish that lasts as long as a clear Okanagan summer night. 20 months French Oak. $50.39
- Tommasi Amarone Light to medium bodied with a smokey, rasionated cherry note, balanced acidity and tannin. Creamy texture with full flavour finish. $ 68.99

WHITE
- Sacred Hill Sauvignon Blanc Pungent lifted aromatics with fresh gooseberry and tropical fruit notes in abundance. Intensely flavoured palate with a medley of classic herbaceous notes, citrus and lemon grass. Lingering fresh finish with crisp appealing dryness. $21.89
- Crowsnest Stalktank Chardonnay This wine is dry with moderate acidity. The nose is apples and peaches with slight notes of pear. On the palate this wine is medium bodies with rich flavours of red apple, ripe pear and slight minerality. Great balance of flavour and mouth feel. $22.59
- Hillside Winery Reserve Pinot Gris Dry on the palate with fresh and crisp acidity, notes of melon, peach and green leaf vegetables come forefront with slight notes of vanilla and chalk on the back palate. $25.19
- Tamellini Soave This wine is medium bodied with bright but subtle acidity. Note of honey, slight lychee and green notes. This wine is fresh through with a slight spritz on the front palate. Subtly oaked with great integration. $31.59
